Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with a positive, can-do attitude to support our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will conduct market research, coordinate campaigns, and assist in developing impactful marketing strategies. You will also collaborate closely with marketing agencies and designers to bring creative visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distributor Coordination: Manage all marketing activities with distributors, including coordinating campaigns and ensuring brand alignment.
- Social Media Enhancement: Maintain and enhance social media presence, including adopting TikTok as part of the strategy.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage the "Hypothermia: Are You Serious?" project.
- Marketing Material Coordination: Organize and follow up on marketing deliverables, including newsletters, quad charts, and video content.
- Distributor Support: Review distributor websites, liaise with them on content, and oversee the setup and management of Distributor Day.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to maintain consistent marketing messaging.
- External Agency: Facilitate cooperation with external marketing agency.
- Administrative Support: Provide ad-hoc PA duties, including booking meetings and travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on using data for decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of graphic design and working with design teams.
- Familiarity with event planning and logistics.
