Defence Minister Philip Dunne congratulated the “invaluable and innovative work” carried out by SME’s within the UK’s Defence Industry and further revealed a huge £1.4million has been invested in 7,500 Xtract^®2 stretchers following successful trials and feedback.

Colin Smart and Simon Pennells were there to receive a congratulatory speech and handshake for a respected product that has made a mark on product innovation within the Military sector.

The Xtract^®2 is now being issued to emergency medical personnel and British Armed Forces with further evaluation being conducted by a number of militaries across the world including the US MARINES, the Australian Defence Force and French Special Forces.
