The co-pilot head is drooping to one side, there is blood coming from his ears and both eyes are swollen with blood. He is unconscious. When you open his airway he starts to breath at a rate of 8 breaths per minute. He pulse is weak and 170 bpm. There is response to pain.
The pilot is conscious but breathing with difficulty. On initial observation his breathing rate is 28. There is blood on the right side of his flying suit where a piece of metal has pierced his chest. His pulse is 146 bpm. The breathing is getting worse and he is displaying the early signs of respiratory distress.
The crewman is dazed and disorientated. He has pain in the right shoulder and a large bruise to the side of the head. He is not able to walk on request. His respiratory rate is 22, with a strong pulse of 90. He responds well to commands.
The five passengers show an array of superficial cuts and bruises. They are standing 50 yards for the scene administrating first aid care to their wounds.
